Rogers Justo Mateus Hansine is a Lecturer and Researcher at the Department of Geography and Center for Policy Analysis (CAP), both from the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences of Eduardo Mondlane University and Associate Researcher at the Centre for Population and Health Research (CEPSA). He holds a PhD in Human Geography from Bayreuth University (Germany), a Master`s degree in Development Studies from Erasmus University Rotterdam (Netherlands) and a Degree in Geography from the Eduardo Mondlane University (Mozambique). His research interest includes Human Geography; Geography of Population with focus on demographic growth its nature and consequences; Demographic Dynamics (Fertility, Mortality and Migration); Population and Development in sub-Saharan Africa; Population, Health and Gender; and Urban Geography in the context of sub-Saharan Africa. He has solid experience in teaching subjects such as Demography, Geography of Population and Development, Geography of Migration, Research Methods, and Landscape Geography. ORCID
