Paulo Alberto Covele is a geographer with a Master‘s in Geographical Information Management and a Post-graduation in Agri-business. He has 22 years’ experience in research, teaching, consultancy and institutional capacity building in Geographical Information Systems, Web GIS, data collection, design and implementation of spatial databases, mapping, spatial analysis and, social and natural aspects information management. His training in Agri-business helped him to expand his knowledge on applied statistics, especially spatial statistics, his dissertation theme, and use of related statistical packages such as R, SPSS and STATA.
